The NADRA divorce certificate is the official and authentic Pakistani divorce registration certificate.

Divorce Papers: after e-registration of divorce or khula in the NADRA database by the Union Council. the NADRA Divorce Certificate or Pakistani Divorce Registration Certificate is issued. After that Union Council records the divorce or khula in its computerized data through e-registeration in NADRA.

This Pakistani Divorce Registration Certificate is the authentic divorce paper in Pakistan. Some people called this certificate Talaq Nama and some people called the family court’s decree Talaq Nama.  NADRA Divorce Certificate, Pakistani Divorce Registration, and decree by family court all these papers are called Divorce Papers.

 Divorce is the unpleasant and legal dissolution of marriage. After divorce, all the rights and obligations of the spouses on each other are removed.

Steps to Obtain a Divorce Certificate in Pakistan:

• People have to come to the arbitration council for divorce.
• There should be record checking and data entry
• Proofreading of data that entered.
• Check out proofreading and take a final print
• Signatures by the chairman of the arbitration council are mandatory.

• Original divorce papers
• Copies of divorce papers.
• CNIC of both Divorcee and Divorcer
• CNIC of the fathers of both  Divorcee and Divorcer
