Process of Cancellation of Hiba

Hiba can be canceled out by filing a case of cancellation of hiba in the court of law. Grounds should be there to challenge the hiba. For example, if you have a right to a property, but it has been gifted to another person with malafide intentions, to deprive you of your right, you can challenge that gift or hiba.
